Whatever you choose, please follow these steps for the smoothest process possible:

Ensure that you have your Proof of Purchase (PoP) to hand.
Discuss the nature of the fault with one of our colleagues, who will advise you of any fix solutions.
Confirm that your machine is registered with the SIP Silver or SIP Gold Warranty Schemes.
Accept a quotation for labour, returning the product back to you or disposal costs, in the event that machine failure is not covered under SIP Warranty Schemes.
SIP will organise the collection, inspection, repair and return of your product free of charge, should the equipment failure be confirmed to be covered by SIP Warranty Schemes.
Should the machine failure not be caused by a manufacturing fault, SIP will confirm the quotation for labour and returning the product back to you, as agreed in Step 4.
